Our Shipping Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with our Website Terms and Conditions.
Shipping is only available to addresses within the continental United States, Washington D.C., Alaska, or Hawaii. Shipping is not available to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier of our choice. Unless there is a specific, special promotion, we charge shipping and handling for all orders. You will have the opportunity to find out what your shipping and handling charges are prior to placing your order.
You may receive shipments in separate boxes. If you order several products, we reserve the right to ship the order only once all products are available (there will be no partial shipments, unless otherwise communicated to you).
If you have paid and need to change your shipping address, contact us ASAP at support@dubidofactory.com with the order number and new address. While we will do our best to change the address for shipping, there are no guarantee. Please note that, address changes can’t be made once orders are packed.
Accurate info during checkout is crucial. It is important to note that a change of address request does not guarantee change until confirmed by us. Incorrect shipping information related failed deliveries are not our responsibility. DubiDo is not responsible for shipping delays or losses resulting from incorrect address information.
Packages shipped are trackable. Please make sure that you use an address that all carriers can safely leave your package at without risk of theft. If your order is not delivered as promised, we can assist you in contacting the carrier regarding the missing order and in select cases issue a replacement or refund to you. The risk of loss and title for items ordered pass to you upon our delivery of the items to an independent third-party carrier for delivery to you.
When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for credit approval and order processing. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment, we will send you the order confirmation by email, provided that you provide us with an accurate email address.
We offer Standard Economy Shipping. Rates will be calculated at checkout. Orders will typically arrive 7-10 business days from the date of shipment. However, delivery arrival times are estimates only and may change based on order volume or other circumstances, like busy holiday seasons or weather-related delays.
We will not expedite or guarantee delivery to hotels/temporary addresses. We do not recommend placing orders to temporary locations due to varied shipping and processing timeline. You are responsible for providing a correct address that will be able to accept the package when it arrives, at checkout. We will not reroute packages or accept returns/cancellations due to packages not arriving within a timeline.
