Dubido recognizes the importance of privacy, security, and data protection to our customers. Moreover, data protection laws give you certain rights over your personal data, no matter when or where it is being processed. This Privacy Policy informs you of our privacy practices and of the choices you can make and rights you can exercise in relation to your personal data, including information that may be collected from your online activity and interactions you have with Dubido offline, such as when you engage with our customer support representatives. This Privacy Policy applies to all Dubido companies as well as Dubido owned website (www.dubidofactory.com and its subdomains the “Site”), and products and services, and those of our subsidiaries and affiliates.
We have created this Privacy Policy to explain how Dubido collects and uses personal data.
The Site, including but not limited to the “Shop” page, are not intended for children under 13 years of age elsewhere and are for adults only. Dubido sells children’s products for adults to purchase for themselves or others, including children. We do not sell products to children under 13 to purchase. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
THIS PRIVACY NOTICE IS NOT A CONTRACT AND DOES NOT CREATE ANY LEGAL RIGHTS OR OBLIGATIONS.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “personal data” is information that is defined as “personal data” or “personal information” under applicable law. This includes information that identifies you directly or indirectly, including unique identifiers like IP addresses or cookie IDs.
Who We Are
Dubido Factory USA Inc., a company registered in Arizona, with principal offices at 1140 W Alameda Dr. Ste 2, Tempe, AZ, 85282, offers, directly or indirectly through our subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Dubido,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a variety of services and products as further detailed below and/or in our Terms. What Data We Collect
Personal data is any information that personally identifies you or from which you could be identified either directly or indirectly. We may collect your personal data through your use of the Site or other services or interactions with our representatives. The categories of personal data we collect from you depends on the nature of your interaction with us or on the Site, but may include the following:
Activity and System Data (Information Automatically Collected Including through Cookies)
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect data about your computer or mobile device, including personal data such as your IP address, device ID, time-zone, the address of the website from which you arrived and other clickstream behavior (such as the pages you view, for how long, or the links you click). We also collect anonymous and aggregated information about how our services are used. In certain cases, we apply a process of de-identification or pseudonymization to your data to make it reasonably unlikely to identify you using that data with available technology.
Please note: Some web browsers incorporate “Do Not Track” features. Currently, no industry standard exists for handling “Do Not Track” requests, therefore at this time, the Site may not respond to “Do Not Track” requests or headers from these browsers.
Contact Data
We may collect personal contact information including your first name, last name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and other similar data and identifiers.
Payment Data
We collect information necessary for processing payments and preventing fraud, including credit/debit card numbers, security code numbers, bank details, and other related billing information.
Account Data
To access some of our services, including to make a sale through the Site, you may first create an account. We collect user IDs, passwords, and similar security information required for authentication and access to your account and information related to your transactions with us and anything else relating to the account you create.
Location Data
We collect geolocation data when you enable location-based services or when you choose to provide location-related information during account registration or when interacting with the Site.
Social Media Data
We may provide social media features that enable you to share information with your social networks and to interact with us on various social media sites. Your use of these features may result in the collection or sharing of information about you, depending on the feature. We encourage you to review the privacy policies and settings on the social media sites you use to make sure you understand the information that is collected, used, and shared by those sites.
Job Applicant Information
If you apply for a job with us, we collect the information you provide as part of your application and during the application process. This may include your name, contact details, resume, recommendations, and any other information we may request or that you choose to share with us.
Other Unique Identifying Information
Examples of other unique information that we collect from you include product serial numbers, information you provide when you interact in-person, online, or by phone or mail with our customer support channels or chatbots on the Site, or additional information you have provided to us to facilitate your transactions with us and to respond to your inquiries.
How We Use Your Data
We collect and use personal data to manage your relationship with us and better serve you when you are using the Site and our services by personalizing and improving your experience. We use and otherwise process your data for the following business purposes:
Customer Experience
Providing you with a seamless customer experience by maintaining accurate contact and registration data, delivering customer support, and communicating with you about offering products and services that might interest you. We also use your data to deliver a tailored experience and create recommendations based your use of the Site.
Transaction Support
Assisting you in completing transactions and orders of our products or services, administering your account, processing payments, and arranging shipments and deliveries. When interacting with the chatbot on the Site to respond to enquiries, we may retain transcripts of the conversations which take place using the chatbot.
Administrative Communications
Communicating with you about the Site and our services and products. Examples of administrative communications may include responses to your inquiries or requests, communications required by law or applicable corporate updates related to mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures.
Security
Maintaining the integrity and security of our websites, products, features, and services and preventing and detecting security threats, fraud, or other criminal or malicious activity that might compromise your information. When you interact with us, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity, before granting access to your personal data.
Business Operations
Conducting ordinary business operations, verifying your identity, analytics, planning and strategy, corporate reporting and management, sales related activities, and quality assurance purposes (which may include monitoring or recording calls to our customer support). Additionally, human resource purposes to manage our recruitment campaigns and for scheduling and related purposes.
Marketing and Advertising
Providing informational newsletters and personalized promotional offers through e-mail, SMS/text-messages, in application marketing and third-party platforms, if you have provided consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to support@dubidufactory.com. In accordance with your stated communication preferences, we may also share some of your information with selected partners, marketing service providers and digital marketing networks to present advertisements that might interest you in other sites or mobile applications.
You can stop the delivery of all marketing emails by following the “unsubscribe” link in any messages we send you. Note that if you are a registered user, we may need to contact you about administrative or service-related issues as part of the services we provide to you. This is not marketing communication, and you will continue to receive these messages even if you opt-out of marketing emails.
Compliance with Law
Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, and government and law enforcement requests to operate our services and products properly and to protect ourselves, our users, and our customers, and to solve any customer disputes. Information collected may also be used to investigate security incidents and potential breaches of personal information, notify individuals and third parties of the breach, and to prepare to defend lawsuits.
Service Delivery
Where automatic data collection is strictly necessary for providing the Site or delivering or purchasing a product that you have requested. In addition, we may use automatic data collection to support and improve the Site and support business operations relating to our services.
Account Management
When using the Site, you may create an account with us. When you create an account with your e-mail address and password, a unique identifier is created that allows you to use the same account for all our services. Depending on the services with which you are engaged, the information associated with your account may also include address, payment card information and history, and details of transaction.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is made for the general public. We do not knowingly collect data from children as defined by local law without the previous consent of their parents or legal guardians or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Site, make any purchases through the Site, or provide any information about yourself or others to us.
We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s usage by instructing their children never to provide personal information through the Site without the parent’s or legal guardian’s permission. If we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 years of age without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Sharing your Personal Data
We share your personal data with third parties to help us use your personal data, as described above. For example:
Affiliates
We may share your personal data with our affiliates, where this is necessary to provide you with our products and services and so that we can manage our business, such as to keep updated records of our users. A list of our affiliates is available at Hello@dubidofactory.com.
Service Providers and Partners
We engage service providers or partners to manage or support certain aspects of our business operations on our behalf. These service providers or partners may be located in the US or in other global locations and may provide services such as credit card processing, customer support, order fulfillment, product retrieval or delivery, advertising and marketing activities, IT services, email service providers, data hosting, and live-help. Our service providers and partners are required by contract to safeguard any personal data they receive from us and are prohibited from using the personal data for any purpose other than to perform the services as instructed by us. Additionally. we use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. Advertisers
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. When you click on an ad, whether it’s on our services, the relevant advertiser will be alerted that someone has visited the page on which the relevant advertisement was displayed and may be able to identify your device by using certain technologies, like cookies. We share personal data with advertisers who collect data through the Site with your consent. Advertisers can combine the personal data they collect independently with personal data we allow them to collect through the Site.

Change of Ownership
If we are looking to sell our company, liquidate assets, or merge with another, we may share your personal data with other interested parties as part of negotiations toward that transaction. In such case, or where we do sell our company, your personal data shall continue to be subject to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
Compliance with Law
We may share your personal data with government agencies or other relevant parties, such as a law office or independent auditor: (i) if we believe that such disclosure is appropriate to protect our rights, property, or safety (including the enforcement of the Terms and this Privacy Policy) or those of a third party; (ii) if required by law or court order; or (iii) as is necessary to comply with any legal and/or regulatory obligations, such as audit requirements.
We do not, and will not, sell personal data to third parties. We do permit third parties to collect the personal data described above through the Site and share personal data with third parties for business purposes as described in this Privacy Policy, including but not limited to providing advertising on our services and elsewhere based on users’ online activities over time and across different sites, services, and devices (so-called “interest-based advertising”). The information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.
Security
The security of your personal data is our highest priority. We work hard to make sure that your personal data will be held securely and that it will not be shared or lost accidentally. We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the information you submit to us. We maintain industry-standard physical, technical, and administrative safeguards to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of processing of your personal data in our possession. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. We also cannot guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards. Technical Measures
The electronic safeguards we employ to protect your personal data include secure servers, firewalls, and antivirus protections.
Access Control
We limit access to your personal data only to authorized personnel who have a need to know, including account managers, customer support staff, and software developers. We review these permissions regularly and revoke access as soon as reasonably possible after termination of any such personnel.
Internal Policies
We maintain and regularly review and update our privacy related and information security policies.
Database Backup
Our databases are backed up and verified regularly. Backups are encrypted and stored within the production environment to preserve their confidentiality and integrity.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You use the Site and our products and services at your own risk, and you are responsible for taking reasonable measures to secure your account (like using a strong password).
Data Retention
We retain your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill each of the purposes we described above. When deciding how long to store personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized access, the purposes for which the personal data was collected, as well as applicable legal requirements. Please note that we may delete information from our systems without notifying you first. Retention by any of our service providers or subcontractors may vary in accordance with each business’s retention policy.
In some circumstances, we may store your personal data even after we’re finished using it if required to do so by law (e.g., to fulfill tax or audit requirements) or to keep accurate records of our interactions in case there is a prospect of litigation relating to your personal data. In such cases, we will maintain the same security measures as described above.
